Simply Sustainable is a full service resource for homeowners to improve the comfort, health, and efficiency of their homes. As a contractor of Energy Trust of Oregon, we can help with cash incentives and state energy tax credits to improve the energy efficiency of your home.

We are specifically trained and certified to perform the Home Performance with ENERGY STAR®, and have been certified and accredited by the Building Performance Institute (BPI). As licensed and bonded General Contractors with a LEEDap on staff, and a certified Sustainable Building Advisor, we have the education and resources to identify energy leaks, offer affordable solutions, and insure that any remedial work is done professionally.

With advanced building science principles and diagnostic equipment, Simply Sustainable looks at all the components of a home -- heating/cooling equipment, insulation levels, air infiltration, windows/doors -- to show you exactly how to maximize energy efficiency. Strict standards are met to diagnose and treat your home for greater performance, comfort, health and safety.   We provide Energy Audits, Sustainable Living & Healthy Home Assessments to homeowners, and LEED® project consulting.

Simply Sustainable helps homeowners and businesses identify and implement simple strategies to become more sustainable and create a healthier environment. We live in the Sellwood-Moreland neighborhood of Portland and enjoy supporting our local neighborhood and surrounding communities.
