Healthy Home Assessments

Sharon is certified as a Sustainable Building Advisor and offers easy solutions for homeowners or small businesses looking to become more sustainable. We offer an in-depth walk-through of your home or business and provide a written assessment of changes that can easily be implemented to create a healthier environment and help identify contaminant sources such as mold, dust, household chemicals and airborne toxins that may be affecting members of your family. Chronic colds, coughs, asthma, and a running nose are often symptoms of toxicity in a home.

Home Energy Audits - starting Fall 2009

A home energy audit can help you assess how much energy your home consumes and to evaluate what measures you can take to make your home more energy efficient. An audit will show you problems that may, when corrected, save you significant amounts of money over time. During the audit, you can pinpoint where your house is losing energy and determine the efficiency of your home's heating and cooling systems. An audit may also show you ways to conserve hot water and electricity.
