1. Remove existing rotted boards, retain healthy boards and reinforced existing
posts.
2. Simply Sustainable designed new fence using inexpensive galvanized farm
fence material.
3. Built panels off-site, providing quick installation

Goal: Install bookshelf
Client Criteria: Create additional space, bring in warmth
& natural light, hide 3" concrete floor.
Simply Sustainable's Approach:
1. Cut into the storage area below, creating space for cabinets and shelving.
2. Remove upper wall for for additional cabinets and storage. Use glass
doors on cabinets to bring in natural light.
3. Install bookshelf with thick decorative middle shelf to hide 3"
concrete floor.

Goal: Design & Build Treehouse
Client Criteria: Use sustainable materials, do no harm
to the tree
Simply Sustainable's Approach:
1. Remove unhealthy portion of tree and built support beams in this area,
no nails went into the tree.
2. Use salvage oak strip scraps for flooring, sample tiles to create mosiac
under fireplace, scrap garage beams for stairs.
3. Use salvage window, doors, and sidings from old buildings and barns.
