Simply Sustainable's Approach:
1. Tile was placed by a subcontractor, Simply Sustainable installed final
fixtures, i.e. lights, mirror, cabinets, tub, toilet, towel bars & sinks.
2. Client purchased cabinets, tub, sinks & faucets.
3. Simply Sustainable purchased light fixtures and bathroom hardware.

Goal: Install master bath
Client Criteria: Keep costs down, plan for the future,
create a relaxing atmosphere, use sustainable products.
Simply Sustainable's Approach:
1. To keep costs down, bathroom was plumbed for two sinks, but only one
was installed allowing easy addition later.
2. Selected soft spa colors for walls and ceiling. Paint selected was low
in Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC)'s.
3. Used low flow water fixtures for both shower heads and sink.
4. Concrete floors with radiant heat for durability, floors remained in
excellent condition 20 years later.
Contract Type: Business owner's first home - sweat equity
Goal: Remodel Bathrooms
Client Criteria: Keep costs down, use existing materials
purchased prior to project start date, retain select pieces of existing
fixtures.
Simply Sustainable's Approach:
1. The owners chose to gut out the existing bathroom.
2. The owners purchased their own fixtures and tile and had them on-site.
3. The owner reused a portion of the fixtures.
4. Simply Sustainable provided the installation of tile, new fixtures, and
completed the remodel.
